Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms & condition of Sale”) carefully before using the https://indiancoins.com/website (the “Service”) operated by ​ our site  (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

1. These are the conditions of sale ran and conducted by a licensed auctioneer based in Lucknow. The licensee indiancoins.com will hereinafter be referred to as ” licensee”. Placing an order constitutes acceptance by you and/or your company (the “Buyer”) of all the conditions of sale stated within this document. Buyer may also include 1 or more persons like in case of HUF. A buyer may add to cart checkout and purchase as per their individual agreements.
2. The website reserves the right to decline & refund a sale in special cases like missing item, not serviceable address sale.
3. The website shall not be responsible for any default by either buyer or seller or for any items, loss or claim arising in any lot.
4. Only a registered member is allowed to buy from the website, no guest checkouts allowed at all.
5. The registration process may require your billing & shipping, email id & mobile number to fill a checkout form.
6. The website shall endeavor to make all efforts possible to enter and execute sales received by E-mail, Fax or by other means. However, the seller shall not be liable for any errors for incorrectly entered or incorrectly executed orders. Buyers are solely responsible for their orders made through any method including any errors they may make in doing so. The website reserves the right to refuse and reject any impossible orders received.
7. Delivery is possible only when full payment has been given. Delivery of items(s) may be made on the following day after receiving full payment of the order price.
8. Payment for lot(s) shall be in Indian Rupees. Payment cannnot be made by cash, how ever cheques / DD drawn on Indian banks or by electronic transfers are welcomed. Any Credit card payment will be subject to a 3% surcharge on Master and Visa Cards. Any payment via accepted online payment processors will also be subject to a 3% surcharge but may vary depending on the individual processor.
9. Export of Antiquities: All Buyers are required to be aware of any legislation regarding the export of antiquities. All Buyers are requested to note that as per the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 (Act No. 52 of 1972), items (including coins) over 100 years old, cannot be exported out of India except at the express permission of the Director General, Archaeological Survey of India, Janpath, New Delhi.
10. The Buyer accepts that any and all duties and taxes as applicable, including GST and/or Local Body will be borne by the buyer it is usually included in the bill already unless an unusual case.
11. Buyers may choose to have the option to collect any and all of their purchases from the website office in Lucknow after the transfer of full payment is completed.
12. The sale is conducted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise detailed in the auction listing.
